Friends are writing in with these comments:
"I love the food" and "I've never starved with this book. The weight loss was healthy and fast. We enjoy cheese, fish, chicken, beef, whole grain breads, creamy deserts, Asian Greek, Italian, Mexican and Spanish style foods. "
"Once we got comfortable with the right foods and cooking with them we've been able to create our own recipes or choose from many in the book, or on-line without worry."
"Fat loss has been noticed by my friends."
"I dropped 20 pounds without even trying and lost 5 inches from my waist and the weight has stayed off. My energy is up, my skin looks good, my digestion is better, our interest is pleasing one another physically is back! Gosh, I never dreamed that good nutrition could do all this."
"My husband's cholesterol is down and his doctor is reducing his blood pressure medicine. It's amazing! Why didn't anyone tell me about this long ago?"
"I thought dieting was going to be painful, but you were right. This really isn't a weight loss diet. You said "dieting is all wrong" and your argument for naturally healthy eating is proving to be true. This is a pleasure. This isn't a diet, it's a good eating lifstyle and it makes sense to me and my husband."
"I'm not hungry or grouchy. I've come down 15 pounds in a little less than six weeks and now I know I can stay at my right weight without thinking about or counting calories. This is applied sicience at its best. I'm so happy about 'me' again. Dr. Newdell, Thanks for your book!"

Is It Really Possible To Have A Beautiful, Even Perfect Waist?
ReplyDeleteThe entire idea of “sit ups” has been proven to be entirely wrong, and this has been known among exercise physiologists for many years. When you do a “sit-up” exercise the abdominal muscles go into tension opposing the para-spinal muscle groups, and together these work to hold your spine stiff. The actual sitting up motion comes from muscles in the pelvis that reach between the pelvic bones to the upper bones of your thigh. Doing endless sit-ups will give you spasm or hypertension of the psoas major muscles causing your low back to pull forward in a “sway back” or lumbar lordosis.
Have you ever watched monkeys? They hang by their hands and pull their legs and lower body up using the abdominal muscles.
An obscure article I found years ago in a neurology journal explained that you get 80% more abdominal muscle action when standing up. Therefore, any “crunch” type exercises cannot be as effective as doing some sort of “crunch” movement standing on your feet.
And…what would that look like? It would like the modern day licentious rock and roll dancing, or the ancient belly dances! The women rotate and gyrate their hips forcing their pubis forward – not with their gluteal (back side) muscles – but by pulling the hips forward using their abs.
Doing this kind of exercise (perhaps in private) to music while observing in a mirror and feeling the muscles acting with your finger tips will give you very quick toning of the abdominal muscles. All you need for “equipment” is with you right now (assuming you’re able to stand up.) At most you might want the bathroom counter and the mirror to assist you.
Once you learn these exercises you can do them for one or two minutes several times a day any time you can get a private moment. At home, in the bathroom, any time you’re riding the elevator alone, any time you’re walking unseen, or of course in a dance club on the dance floor (if you’re so inclined to show off.)
Men can do this exercise also, and of course both of you can do it while making love to one another in any lying down or standing up face to face position. For men, doing this while above the woman, it’s like a gymnastic exercise. I don’t think men will find they can continue it for more than two minutes. If he does, ladies, place your finger tips on his abs to feel them contracting. That’ll give you a thrill.

ReplyDeleteIs This True?
Is There Any Truth To The
"Eat More, Get Thinner!"
Concept?
I did my own study of Dr. Newdell's Book "Eat More, Get Thinner!" -- which he's giving away FREE for a limited time.
I really couldn't believe that what he was saying could be true because for at least 50-years medical "science" has been telling us losing fat is all about calories. So, I decided to do my own investigation. To get my report immediately click this link:
